Medical disclaimer. The recommendations provided during your consultation are not a substitute for medical advice. It is recommended that you obtain your doctor's permission before using any of the behavioural strategies provided.

Legal notice. In no event will Sleep BySparkes be liable to you for any claims, losses, injury or damages as a result of reliance on the information provided. Sleep BySparkes does not accept responsibility for errors, omissions or contrary interpretation. Use of your plan is solely at your own risk.

Refund policy. Payment is required to secure your booking. Refunds are not possible once payment has been made.

Membership Cancellation & Refunds

The Sleep BySparkes Membership can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.

Monthly Membership: Billed at £5/month. You may cancel at any time; no refunds are given for partial months already billed.

Annual Membership: Billed as a single upfront payment of £50 for 12 months of access. Annual Memberships are non-refundable once purchased, including if you choose to cancel before the 12-month period ends. Your access will continue until the end of the paid annual term.
